The Olde Salem Homeowners Association serves our owner-occupied townhome community of 422 homes, comprised of Olde Salem, Liberty Square and Laurel Crossing.  We are part of the Village of Hanover Park and located within Schaumburg Township.  Homeowners enjoy amenities such as a clubhouse, outdoor pool, playground and Schaumburg Park District children’s park, baseball field, basketball court and walking path near a charming stream.  Not only can we offer a warm and friendly environment, but also the convenience of the Metra Train located one mile away and a 45-minute commute to downtown Chicago, the 390 (formerly Elgin-O’Hare) tollway within a mile, and plentiful and convenient shopping on Barrington and Irving Park Roads.  O’Hare Airport is a convenient drive of only 17-miles.

If you have children, you can count on the well-respected Schaumburg High School as well as Hanover Park Elementary Schools, where the Village President of Hanover Park makes it a point to meet the children regularly for reading time.   If you enjoy the outdoors, you’ll find the green space in the community a pleasure to view as you take walks throughout the area.
