The clubhouse is available for rentals by Olde Salem homeowners. If you are interested, please contact your property manager to schedule your party. Clubhouse Rental request forms can be downloaded from your documents folder located within your online homeowner portal account. It is imperative that you complete the request form & contact management twenty-one to thirty days prior to the event or you may not be able to reserve your desired date. There is a fee and a deposit required for all clubhouse rentals. In addition, homeowners must have a current 2016/2017 Homeowner Information Form on file with the management office and be current on all monthly assessments & related fees in order to be approved for the rental.
